I'm Eric Randall. I help leaders find the clarity to move forward with freedom — in their work, their voice, and the legacy they're building.
Most of the leaders I work with don't need more effort. They need a clearer frame. My role is to walk to the whiteboard with you, find the bottleneck, and hand you a system you can actually run.
